Little Caesars Pizza

I go to this Little Ceasars all the time for large orders of 10 pizzas or more. For me - I always receive great service. Either I call or go in to order the pizzas. Every time I go, the employees are very nice and friendly. They always help me take the pizzas to my car when needed. My order is always correct. There have been a time or two when the pizzas were not cut all the way through which is no big deal. And there may have been a time or two when they didn’t answer the phone which is fine. They get busy - I get it! Overall, the employees at this store are always good to me. As long as they stay open, I will always be a customer.

Unfortunately not much management at this location. If you order on the app you can expect to wait for 3-5 customers to slowly order at the counter before you can pickup. They do not use their pickup order and you cannot “skip the line” when everyone is waiting. This is while they’re clearly stocked with pizzas - hot n ready and prepared orders.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza from there earlier today, ate half of it and noticed a spot on the crust. Then I started going through the crust and notice the remaining four slices all had moldy crust. I’m very disappointed

We ordered through doordash. It showed our delivery person was there waiting then they called and said they were out of the items we ordered. Seriously? We ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. So after waiting over 30 minutes we didn't even get our food. We should have been notified by the store as soon as they received the order if they were actually out of the items, which I find hard to believe.

I go there multiple times and everytime it's always worse than before. Dough is barely ever cooked through. Pizzas are never cut right. Triangles aren't that hard. I've complained before and thought I'd try it one last time but nope still not even close to good. I'm definitely ordering pizza hut next time. I'd rather pay more to get food cooked through and correct. I'm so done with little Ceasars ‍‍ plus the store is dirty as hell.

Place is way too small. Horrible service. Broken pizza portal so you have to wait in line even if you placed you order ahead of time..Food: 1/5

They are pretty decent at this particular location but be aware that you will probably have to wait for your order but it will be hot and made fresh

The front line staff need help during peak hours. She was very helpful and worked to get all orders.

I was there 40 min and never got my pizza , I was the first in and the last out but no pizza , so I went to Sals and paid twice as much but at least I got my pizza
