KFC

Ordered plain wings got burnt, and had to wait for these like 10-15 minutes. Last time when I got wings they did not give ranch when I asked they said they were out of ranch. How can you be out of ranch where you sell chicken wings.

I ordered a six piece of honey barbecue wings that had a few wings that wasn’t cooked all the way. Not very appealing looking.

I was there a few weeks ago, I usually go to the one on Frankford Ave. I take the 66 bus so I took him there for having a great report card. We placed our order, we got the 5.00 chicken meal. I wanted the original and they only had the crispy, so one piece was crispy the rest was original. The meal comes with soda the woman said we don't have any ice, she was about 50 yrs. Old she moved like a turtle. She walked away for awhile, I asked for butter, napkins, and utensils. It took forever. I was so disappointed. No ice for the soda. She was in no hurry. A customer came in and ended up walking out very angry.

I don't even know where to start. My family and I decided to try this restaurant today and we were truly disappointed and disgusted. None of the food was edible. The spicy chicken sandwich was bland, cold and dry; the fries were overly salty, greasy and cold; the chicken tenders were burnt and dry; and the biscuit was very hard and dry. We ended up throwing all of the food in the trash...money and time wasted. I will never patronize this establishment again. Truly disgusted.

Sunday at noon they told me a significant number of menu items were unavailable or required significant wait time 10 min and when I ordered from the limited menu they had remaining they proceeded to have us wait 10 minutes anyway for the items. Cannot complain about the quality of the limited food items, but if you're only making tenders and biscuits and nothing else I'm pretty sure it's easy to keep quality high.

Old, rancid chicken at times, even when freshly made. The service is slower than a dead snail. Expect to waste at least 30 minutes waiting for your spoiled, rotting chicken to finally arrive. But sometimes it tastes okay. The biscuits are almost always stale and hard. The sides are a joke. Popeye's has far tastier sides.

Used to go there all the time . Tried many times but always the same. Dried out chicken, even when freshly made. Ruined my Superbowl party when I bought 3 buckets. No one could eat anything. I now go out of my way to the one on us1. One time the young manager after I complained guaranteed it will be good. It wasn't. They used to be very good Then something changed. Maybe a bad temp gauge I don't know

This KFC always provide the best and fresh chicken as compared to others. I you have to wait for fresh chicken then it’s okay always but here they provide your order on time. You don't have to wait for your food. In big chain restaurants the things which distinguishes them are hygiene, service, availability and much more. I always like to come here only if I want to have chicken. I always order hot n spicy chicken and chicken zinger burger.

This is the closest KFC where I live. I have ordered here probably 5 times since I moved in the northeast area 1.5 years. In the 5 times I ordered here, they can never get a sinple order right. When I pay extra gravy on the side or extra biscuit etc, I expect the extras to be in my bag especially when I ask before leaving the drive thru. When I get home, I don’t get the extras I paid for... every single time! I don’t want to drive back there just to get the extras I paid for. Everytime I would crave for KFC, I would try to be optimistic and hope for a better service. But every single time, they always mess up the order. Even in the mobile network company I went to near the area said the same thing. They order in KFC for lunch and they will always get the orders messed up and incomplete. I guess it’s not just my order they mess up! Management or the owner of this franchise should address this big issue with their service.

I was so pleasantly surprised , the Crispy Chicken sandwich was large, nice bun, crispy chicken that was tender and juicy inside with great flavor. Better than Wendy's, Burger King has no good Chicken now, as good as Popeyes. I will be back.
