Kid To Kid - Wichita

Went in to sell brand new baby item and didn't get much. It's whatever. Just sucks. More of a reason to put 2 stars is because of the service I received. They didn't care at all. They just wanted to talk with each other and the lady that checked items in and buys them she didn't give a flying f***! It's like I was invisible. I even checked in and everything. They were more worried about taking their break and talking about food and other people. ONE girl was nice but she even lacked communication with her co workers. They just wanted to talk and walk off.

Went there to donate some clothing. They were prompt, very polite and respectful! Also they have a really cute charm it line, bracelets or necklaces to add charms to!

6 people working there 1 person checking people out. Took me forever to leave that store. Not to mention the prices are horrible for used clothes. Might as well pay a dollar more for new clothes

First visit to sell items was good but, a majority of the items was by Garanimals Walmart brand. I was told that they don't accept that brand but, no reason why. Just a little upset because there is no mention on their site and I had two bags full. In the end, I only sold less than a handful and got $5..

The ladies that were here today were really sweet ! They had 60% off almost everything and 10%off on the items not marked down ! Their costumer service was awesome . I don’t remember the lady who checked me out but she was awesome !

Love kid to kid! Store is clean, staff is always helpful and nice! Great selection for all sizes! 10/10 recommend.

The people that work here are not welcoming at all. No one greets anyone when they walk in, they don’t ask if someone needs help finding something even when the workers are next to you, hardly any smiles in there… I feel very uncomfortable spending my money here because of this. I will never shop here again.. I think it’s rude and very unprofessional.

Kid to kid is the best 2nd hand kids store in town. The selection is good,price is right and they do buy at a reasonable price. But on numerous occasions I have witnessed a older employee not sure if its the manager being rude to staff and giving unwanted opinions on merchandise to customers. I was going to buy a jumper for my son and this employees remarks on how big and ugly this thing was detoured me. Also if you want to sell get there early or on a slow day cause you can wait awhile.

Had a great time getting all the essentials for my first granddaughter! They had a better selection than most stores that carry baby items, and I spent way less!!

Love the staff an prices. Helps alot havng a place to get cheap clothes when on a budget.
