I loved the experience here!! The Japanese hair stylist knows his stuff as he worked in this shop for 19 years!!! Same one for 19 years + he was very friendly :- The vibe was good and pricing was also goo for the service I received I got my hair cut for $47+ tip 15-18% tip I would come again

Taka cut my hair and trimmed my beard. He was very attentive to what I wanted. Otherwise, he didn't say a word. It was great, because I always feel super awkward having to talk to my barber. Wonderful time, I'll definitely go back.Services: Beard trim

I’m satisfied and impressed by this place, Fausto is an amazing master barber. I came to Kida before some upcoming job interviews in the creative industry and would need something clean but not too stern. It’s my first time to this place and Fausto was able to grasped what I was looking for. The result met all my needs, which is quite an achievement since mine hair is the typical hard straight Chinese hair. I will definitely comeback for more cuts!

On the pricier side, but well worth it. I have very thick, shoulder-length hair that has caused barbers problems in the past, but Tomo did an excellent job layering and thinning it out. The wash and blowout were very professional as well

Super neat hair salon with a ton of vibe and character. Was visiting NYC and got accommodated last minute for a mens haircut with Masa, who was super polite and extremely detailed with his work. Not surprised at the high reviews this place gets. Prices aren’t the cheapest in the area but appreciated I could come and trust I’d get a good cut. :

If I didn’t move away from NYC this would have continued to be my go-to spot for years to come. Fausto is meticulous, knowledgable, and incredibly quick. I will truly miss him and the entire Kida Family. Highly recommend this barbershop.
