Patty is an angel! She remembered me from pre-pandemic. Really teaches you about your hair. So hard to find someone who can do scissor work and razor for masculine fade up. She can color as well. Amazing service, clean new location, and speaks English very fluently.

I am in New York as a tourist, and I visited Patty and Sharon yesterday for my first ever experiment with colored dye. They were recommended to me by a coworker thanks, Brian! and the experience was amazing. First, Patty knows her stuff. She looked at my hair, correctly diagnosed the challenges I have with it and the strengths of it silky fine on top; textured and curly on bottom and talked about the cut she could give me that would add the upper volume I crave. She also talked about the best approach to give me the color I wanted. And then she and Sharon preceded to make my dreams come true. : They did this with lively conversation and humor and just the most comfortable and enjoyable salon experience of my life. Being in my 50s, I've had a few! I would recommend them to everyone, and if I come back to New York, I am coming to them, although I understand they may then be in a new location a few blocks away. Be insistent with your tip. It took three hours for them to give me the full treatment, and their prices are so incredibly reasonable that i was determined to pay more. Patty would only accept half of the tip I wanted to give her and I walked away feeling slightly guilty that she did not charge more. <3 Just yesterday afternoon, four people stopped me on the street to compliment my hair. I have been going to Patty for all my haircuts of the past two years and always leave satisfied has never been true with past hair stylists! She has a unique mix of listening to your requests/needs but also providing great feedback on what will look good, which I always appreciate. I always feel confident that she will not give me a haircut that looks bad with my hair and face type! She is also extremely kind and sweet!

I came here to get my hair trimmed and had an amazing experience. My hair stylist Patty was super sweet and talked me through the great changes she made to my hair style. Great haircut and friendly service at an extremely reasonable price! Patty was very thorough with my hair and I appreciated that she took time to explain what she was doing. Her being fluent in English also made it easier to communicate compared to other salons in Chinatown.

This place is truly a gem! Patty is one of the sweetest human beings I've ever met in NYC. I used to pay $200 to have my hair cut at a salon in Soho and she truly does a better job!! I walked in here one day on a whim and Patty was so nice ! She was busy but had time to fit me in for a cut and shampoo. She worked with me to cut my hair the way I wanted and add volume and layers based on her recommendation for my hair type! In addition it was extremely affordable and Patty was lovely! I will definitely come back

Patty is the best kept secret in NYC! She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hair styling, care and products. I had an amazing experience here! She definitely knows her stuff and knew just what would suit my hair for reference I have extremely thin hair She is very attentive and really really nice! I had to insist her to tip her and yet walked away feeling like I should have tipped more.
