The youg lady was very polite, she spoke too me as I entered the store.
I ordered a pair of Nikes in store and they charged me a shipping fee, when I went to return the shoe, they refused to credit the shipping fee. I called Nike customer service, they said that was illegal and they gave me back the shipping fee and a $10 gift card.
Products and sale associates were both great !!
Very helpful service professionals.
The personal that works there is very rude, the worst service I've ever had.
