I saw very inappropriate things during the short time my daughter was there. Yelling, pulling a child by the arm, putting down a child's outfit because it didn't match, etc. My daughter went from never having an issue with daycare (at another daycare) to full blown hysteria here. The front desk was not timely and did not call when they said they would. Then, when I cancelled my daughter's enrollment, they charged extra for the two following weeks. I am appalled with this daycare.

Our experience here has been pleasant thus far. The director has always been very friendly and professional with us. My three boys really enjoy it here, which what matters most. Honestly, I've had a view concerns but none I've not experienced at other daycare or are worth mentioning. I would highly recommend this place.
