I should have followed my instincts and pulled my foster child away from there when I started to have issues. First the one teacher was more of a child than my child and could not handle his misbehavior. She was supposed to be patient and teach him. When I mentioned it to the child's therapist, she brought it up to the Director's attention and thankfully my boy ended up with a better teacher, however they apparently don't accept constructive criticism. They kept charging me for music fees that the director herself agreed didn't belong and after a month it took them to fix it, instead of seeing a credit in my account, they turned around and charged my account with tardy fees they could not support with any evidence. It is a business and it's all about the money. During Christmas season they are understaffed and children are under supervised. Be careful to make comments in front of these vipers, they will be taken out of context and I got reported falsely to CPS. I should have reported them when my child fell twice in their asphalt backyard and hurt his legs, or when I walked in on a teacher scolding him so harshly that he started hitting his head against the bookshelve behind him, or when he wetted himself 3 times in 1 day during the Christmas understaffed season. I would not trust this uncaring people with my child welfare

We really like this day care. We found it kind of last minute and luckily there was an opening! The place is very clean and organized, and we love the security measures they have in place for checking kids in and out. The staff has been very friendly and nice, and they have been able to answer any questions we have been able to think of. They are also kind enough to let me drop by daily during my lunch breaks to nurse my baby in an empty classroom. The director is amazing and was so sweet when I dropped my baby off for his first day...I may have teared up a bit but she was so understanding! Also, his teachers have been wonderful and have given us great, detailed reports at the end of each day. It is very comforting to see him stare up at his teachers with the same little loving face he looks up at us with and know he is comfortable with the people caring for him.

My child was enrolled for a total of 13 days. He had previously attended another location in the valley for 14 months that was absolutely amazing! My overall description of this particular lication is chaos, disorganization, confusion and unprofessionalism.
The first day we got there at 9 o'clock and they were doing music time in the common area. There was a woman in probably her 70s they're sitting in the common area on a chair with a puppet and a speaker that between the music volume and the children participation so being so loud that I could barely have a conversation with the person standing right in front of me. For the first three days they could not find his sign in sheet I had to sign a new one.
Day two I picked him up from school at 5 o'clock and a small child in his classroom came up to me with a push pin she apparently found and I'm glad that she gave it to me instead of swallowing it or injuring herself or another child with it. When I got my child the teacher said what's his name again? so I'm not sure how she was able to communicate with him during her shift.
Day three I picked him up and apparently potty training the previous day had not gone well because they gave me a bag with soiled clothes from the day before that he had pooped in so everything thrown away.
Day five I picked him up at 5:10. There were about six kids sitting on the floor on the carpet watching the secret life of pets on an iPad. The tacher was sitting on the table behind them.
On day nine I decided to watch the classroom on the monitor after I dropped him off in the morning just to see how things were going. They started off in one classroom and then his teachers took her group to her classroom. I was watching for about 10 minutes total and during this time I couldn't see my child. After a few minutes she returned and said my child's name and he popped up from behind a bookshelf and followed her into the his classroom. I asked the manager for the minitor to be switched to that classroom. The teacher had them all sitting together on the carpet and she proceeded to pull out a chair and put her iPad on it in front of them. I said to the manager please tell me they're not gonna watch another dvd? I was told no they're getting ready for story time and she sent someone in to see what was going on. The teacher and the assistant moved out of the way of the view of the camera and return to the kids without the iPad. She proceeded to give them little cups of water and at that time another parent want to watch her child so I had to leave.
That afternoon when I picked him up I wanted to watch again just to see what's going on and he was with the same teacher that showed him the secret life of pets. As I watched he was at the back of the room at a table with her and another child. She was sitting sideways with the child on her lap fixing her shoes and there was a pile of toys on the table in front of her to her right. My child was behind her and proceeded to go around her to the pile of toys. She yanked the toy out of his hand put in in the table grabbed him by his right bicep and used force to push him behind her and away from the toys. I immediately addressed it with the manager who said we can rewind the videotape and look at it for you. And I told her this is unacceptable he will not be coming back here. I got a call about 20 minutes after we left school stating that she had reviewed the tape it happened exactly the way I said it and that the teacher had been trained how to interact with children and reprimanded and let go. She apologized and said she really hoped my child would still be coming because he was a joy to have. He will not be returning to that school.
