Reviews
This is my first written review for anything - and this place warrants it! The reviews posted are definitely worth the experience. Our fourth visit will be our last. The food was usually good, but she simply doesn't care about anyone. The latest visit, we waited fifteen minutes for, I don't know, a menu or water? We stood up to leave, and Kim seemed offended and told us we'd have waited 45 minutes for food anyway - at a place with three whole occupied tables. She said she didn't want our business, so we took it to Oakland gyros. Yummy!!

Kim's Thai Restaurant features great tasting traditional Thai favorites with generous portions. I’ve dined in during both peak and non-peak hours during which the restaurant has been nice and clean, the service great, and the food well prepared. Check out the Volcano Chicken if you enjoy spicy heat (A level 5 heat will yield a decent medium, though you can go as high as you like as some people go over 20!) If you enjoy curry the squash curry dishes are very well rounded with your choice of protein. Kim's Thai Restaurant is a great place to check out if you love Thai food, or are just interested in trying something new.

I'm never going back to this place again! The lady is a racist and has no manners. Yesterday me and my friends had the worst experience ever. We ordered food with spice level 5/10 but it was so spicy that we can't even eat. It is not the spice level we asked for. Upon letting her know this, she rudely answered "That's your mistake, I don't care. I can't make the food again." We are shocked with her response and then she continued saying "I don't care, eat if you want or leave. That's why we hate you Indians" . We got pissed off with this and left the place without eating. I've been to many Thai restaurants but none of them had this bad attitude.

Absolutely loved it and I'm pretty picky. I ordered take out. Food was ready on time. We ordered pad Thai, shrimp basil curry friend rice, egg rolls, and crab rangoon. Everything was great. The only problem is that the person answering the phone had no etiquette. She simply answered by saying "hello". No introduction or anything.

Food is alright. It's the service that sucks. It can be more of a take out, if they manage to get the order right. There is a single person who takes the order and serves so I understand it's a lot of work. Yet no excuse to be rude or serving like it's free food! The prices aren't the best in terms of the quality as well. I prefer downtown Thai restaurants for better service, food and surprisingly price.
