Story

What is hummus?
Also known as hummous or hommos, this Middle Eastern dip is made of garbanzo beans or chickpeas, lemon juice and tahini (a sesame seed paste). It's also great as a spread!

The mighty garbanzo is packed with protein and is an excellent source of folate, vitamin B6, vitamin C and zinc. It also contains cholesterol-lowering fiber.

Unlike many of our competitors, we cook our own beans (not canned), roast the freshest ingredients, use no perservatives thus keeping it as pure and as simple as you can get. King Harvest Hummus comes homestyle — thick and creamy but can be varied to your liking. Just think of it as a hummus concentrate and add a little olive oil to make it last longer, and give a thinner consistency like other commercial brands.
