A member of Mr. Kingcade staff was yelling a speaking to me very rude an DISRESPECTFUL. She made me aware that Mr. Kingcade is on vacation and I am just waiting until he returns to let him know how I was treated. I am very hurt an disappointed. I asked her why was she yelling an speaking to me this way an she lied and said it's because I called 10 times. Since they have a no refund policy I am stuck dealing with these people who made me feel like I'm less then human.
