In this day and age, a bankruptcy sometimes is a necessary event. My wife is the investigator of the family and did all the work at finding me a Bankruptcy Lawyer. I will say this. Be ready to do your part of the work needed to make the process easier. If they ask for information, don't wait weeks to get back to them. My bankruptcy from start to finish was only about 6 weeks worth of time. I had my hearing and I get discharged in 60 days. There is definitely a reason why DiTocco Law Group has such good ratings.
