We had a great experience with this law firm. Everyone was professional, responsible, and caring, which I believe is the most important thing to find in a law group. You can tell that they are in this truly to help ease people's burdens. Dana and Caitlin helped explain every step of the process to me and were always there to answer any questions I may have had. I cannot say enough about this law firm. They helped me through the whole bankruptcy process and also converting to Chapter 7 most recently. A big thank you to Dana Kaplan and her team. This was a very uncomfortable situation for me and she put a lot of my concerns at ease. She always responded to my questions and kept me up to date on my case. Kelley & Fulton did an exemplary job in handling our bankruptcy case. If you are reading this, then chances are you know just how long and difficult the process is. Craig and staff handled all aspects of our case from start to finish, with results that exceeded our expectations. Well worth the monetary investment, this is not a situation where you "save money" on hiring a second rate attorney.

The attorneys and staff at this firm were top notch. They took the time to explain our legal situation and walked us through the entire process. Mr. Kelley was very responsive to my emails and returned my call every time. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is in needs of their legal services.

Everyone was very nice. Aside from constantly having to pay more money, as the bankruptcy changed from a chapter 11 to a 7 when I retired, in the end it was discovered that dates were omitted for the IRS years concerned. I ended up paying off the IRS on my own for years that should have been covered by the bankruptcy. When I brought this to the attention of my attorney, she said for an additional fee she would "look into it". Please! Had I known how expensive the bankruptcy would be, I would have just paid off the IRS and let the chips fall where they may. Not a good experience!
