I would recommend Mr. Fisher and his staff to absolutely anyone in need of a bankruptcy attorney, they were always there to answer any question and guide us with everything. Mr. Fisher was always available from start to finish of the process. Best customer service I've ever gotten at a law firm.

Very rude, and condescending attorney. In addition to being very condescending about answering even the most basic legal questions regarding a case to a potential client, he also demonstrates an alarming tangible lack of incompetence as a supposedly licensed. practicing attorney. Please look elsewhere when you have any case in the areas that he practices law in. It is shame that the average layman needs to pay outrageous sums for even basic legal protection from barely competent attorneys, and even worse when they need to endure poor attitudes while paying this money. Stop being robbed by attorneys, and do your due diligence.

Best decision I made contacting Randall Fischer. He and his assistant Tais made everything so easy and painless. Walked me through everything step by step. Always received an immediate response to my emails and phone calls. Great sense of humor as well which is refreshing. Can not recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed!
