I'm currently writing this from our bus with this company whilst currently burning up from the A.C. going out again. I apologize ahead of time for grammatical errors as I'm on my phone. This company does not know how to treat their customers. We utilized them for a trip to Washington D.C and it has been nothing but issues since the day we step foot on the first bus. First off, we requested a certain driver and was told we had to get another driver due to the fact that they were already booked by another group. Although, we requested them a year in advance prior to the latter group requesting them. The person who we requested recommended someone else, however, they had a procedure so we weren’t able to utilize them. So we had to settle with another bus driver who was called exactly the night before our trip. We were then given a bus that was rough looking and literally not worth the money we paid. As we were riding, this bus’s A.C. went out and the restroom had issues. Each patron voiced their concerns with the condition of the bus which was then carried to Kingdom Coach Tours after a game of phone tag. They were graceful enough to send us another bus the next day while we layed over in North Carolina for the evening. The very next morning to our surprise, the bus they sent was in even worse condition than the one they were replacing. This bus had broken seats, one missing tv screen, no outlets, messed up foot rests, and no WiFi. A passenger had water dip on them from the emergency exit and the area around the exit was soaked due to the heavy rains we encountered during our trip. Also 3 people's luggage was soaked from water getting into the compartment under the bus. The ride was less than pleasant and has been a tedious experience. The restroom was also sweltering and unusable for most. We tried to voice this to Kindom Coach but was not able to get anyone during office hours. I’m not sure what kind of operation you all are running over there. I cannot believe, after the amount of money paid to you all, this is what we get. Never again. Before spending your money here, be sure to look elsewhere for quality service.

I was on the bus to Metairie for st pats day that had shock issues on the way back. I am not sure how you as a company allowed this ragged old bus to be in service. It was not only a safety hazard because of lack of suspension but also for the missing overhead compartment door which could have caused injury to multiple passangers had anything fell from above. I want to commend the driver she was awesome and calm and got us safely back home but you as a company should be ashamed for putting a driver in that situation. With all the bus accidents happening lately in the news i suggest you put your buses through a more rigorous safety check not just letting whatever barely passes on the road.

I want to publicly say what a great service this company provided myself and coworkers this last week. Our driver, Jo Mac took such good care of us. He is such a professional and caring person. I really appreciate all he did for us. Thank you Jo Mac!

On a field trip right now. Our bus broke down and the bus we are now on is in worse shape and no outlets to charge devices just like the 1st bus had no outlets . FURIOUS

These people just had 4 busses fly by me after an accident on I-10 near Orange Beach. The leader or the front bus, was talking me and didn't give me the chance to no e to the side he then cut me off, nearly an inch away from tipping my Jeep with the back of the bus and just cracked my window with a rock. Someone please contact me about this asap.
