The pastries are a delight but the inside of the shop is an awful sight. It needs to be painted and the chairs need to be replaced. If the front of the shop looks like this I wonder what the back looks like, yuck!

Had Potential but shortcut and terrible service on over $300 catered order. Buyer beware! we just spent well over $300 with this business and while tge food had potential, the end result and customer service was a disaster. JOLLOF RICE. the jollof rice was okay but any nigerian who has had jollof rice at a party could easily say they have had better. FRIED RICE. the fried rice..., well, we have the whole tray about to go bad because our guests didn't care for it. MOI MOI. The moi moi was absolutely delicious,... after we had to boil half the tray a little longer because some were not fully cooked. PUFF PUFF. Another delicious treat. problem was, as soon as you took your first bite, you could tell from the smell and taste that old oil was used. this was very disappointing. the puff puff was also a little over-fried. my wife called and he would not even listen. apparently we do not know what puff puff is supposed to taste like. he claims he used onions and that is what we were tasting. We eat onions in everything, even when boiling white rice so i know very well what the taste of unions is in fried food and it is in no way similar to that of old oil previously used for a fish fry. My wife, who is very non confrontational actually called to inform the proprietor of our experience but rather than listen, who decided to argue and bully his way through ideas that she was lying or does not know what good Nigerian fodd tastes like. This was my son's 2nd birthday and about the 4th time we have catered food in 2 years. I have friends in town who actually want to split large volumes of catered food for home use and this is one business that is not getting that revenue. There are too many competent nigerian food vendors here in Houston to tolerate bad service. Lesson learned for us in this case. D Do not let your story be like mine, shop around for people who actually care about their customers' feedback and provide guarantees. He may get away with bad food and rudeness to my wife but he is not getting my business or any of my family.

Great meat pies and fantastic service! The sweet buns were awesome as well. All around fantastic food.
