Business hours for today are posted on the front door. One says they open at 8 am and another says 9am. It's 9:07 and someone just leisurely rolled up to the front door enjoying her smoke. Then unlocked the front door. Employee of the month!

I’ve been a long-time shopper at Kirklands but it has recently gone downhill. The Woodbury store was run much better a year ago. The new management is terrible and overheard talking very inappropriate to employees in front of customers. Employees insist on getting email addresses and personal information at checkout, then notify you afterwards that they have enrolled you in their “program” without getting your approval first!
