Cute home decor store; if you’re looking for fun paintings, planters, or a front door mat, this place may have what you’re looking for. I was hoping they had a wider selection, but they did have a lot of cute farm style decor; there’s ample parking.
Horrible service! I loved this place before but now after the two women working gave my husband and I the service they did today we won't be going back. This store needs to hire people who don't roll their eyes and have a bad attitude. One of the workers didn't even tell us she was done wrapping our plates and she just left them on the counter.
JUST LEFT THIS STORE IN CHINO AND I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER STEFANIE THAT THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER THEY CHECKED THE BILLS WITH THE PEN AND NOTHING WAS WRONG!!!!!! MAYBE I HAD THE WRONG SKIN COLOR? CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL BE HEARING ME SOON THIS IS UN CALLED FOR WHAT BIG STORE DOESNT ACCEPT CASH LIAR!!!!!
I love kirklands its so sad that they closed ours in Temecula the associates we super kind & helpful in Chino but selections of items were not many
Love their candle selections! Great pricing.
Kinda on the pricey side I was greeted with a what do I need instead of how can I help you. Made me feel out of place like if I was not supposed to be there.
Family owned furniture chain, not affiliated with costco .. items are amazing staff are heart warming highly recommended for personal or gift or even if you are a decorator this is the place to be!
I bought the little jar for $1.99 great sale, it was 4.99 before. They have alot of nice wall decor and more...so cute !! Nice staff !!
Walked in 15 minutes before closing today with my wife for a quick exchange. We were out in less than 10 minutes. For some reason, Cyndi was extremely rude to me the whole time. Pretty disappointed in my experience today. The whole time during the exchange she kept repeating how the new item we wanted was full price and if we were sure we wanted it. In order not to use the word that kept popping in my head and to give the benefit of the doubt, let's just say the experience just felt yucky. When a white woman keeps telling a Hispanic person "this is full price" in a "can you afford this?" Type of tone and after at least mentioning it 5 times, she then went on to ring the item and said "each one of these is $10.99, are you sure you want them?" And then goes on AGAIN to say "these are full price". This customer interaction is at BEST insensitive, a hint of privilege and just tacky. Also, while we were being rung up two white customers walked in 5 minutes before closing and her coworker and her were nothing but kind to them...again...it just felt yucky... Thanks for your concern, Cyndi. I think I can afford $35.00.
I was so excited to be able to shop in store today ... too bad the sales associate wasn’t as excited to welcome or assist her customers! Zero personality! The guy associate was very nice. I was able to get a couple cute gifts ... thank you Kirkland’s!
