I Purchased a Prep line Brand proffer about 3 weeks ago for my bakery, it came on time and received it in good shape and proffer works perfectly. Very happy with the unit and price and the companies professionalism , I am trying to order a freezer also. Thanks Kitchenall for your fantastic service.

I have not received my order to date, but I had to call customer service several times with my unique pre order situation. Each time I was helped and all my questions answered respectfully. I hope the shipping process is as good as the customer service. I will post a follow up upon receiving order.

purchased over 40k$ of equipment in a 3 year period ,sold us a leader deli case that lasted 26 months .compressor is shot. Kitchenall sent me leader and leader sent see to kitchenall.Most reputable dealers sell equipment with 5 year compressor warranty .Prices are OK ,services Slightly better .but quality is terrible

Kitchenall has literally everything for restaurants! This is my third large purchase in past ten years…..I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. Their customer service is awesome!! Sterling could not have been mote patient or helpful.

Highly Recommended, Professional, Well Communicated. It is hard to find elsewhere with such competitive price they offer in the market, shipping is on time and everyone is very responsible on their job and offering the most superior services in the industry. Will definitely buy again when second store is open, would highly recommended Coldline Fridge, what surprise me the most is price tags are included, no other brands I could find that has price tag included in the price unless you pay extra.
