Please ignore Richard Kelly from 3 months ago, as Mike hasn't been the owner in a year. We are under new ownership and have not had one complaint. We have everything you need for your restaurant, deli, florist, pizzeria, etc.

Extremely disappointed. Sold me a 6x6 walkin box with a broken compressor. Tried calling back multiple times and left messages. Seemed like great guys. Met the new ownership who told me he would send a receipt and if I had any issues they would help me out no problem. It’s been a month and they have not responded to any of my messages. I will be going to their location to speak in person since they have been dodgey. Be careful with these guys they tell you they are under new ownership but seems like they are the same as previous.

Staff here are the best, friendliest and most helpful out of ever place I've been to. I got 2 walk in boxes, a deli case and a 6 burner oven. All were used, but you would never know. Everything works great and they were the only ones to give me a 3 month warranty. All other stores wanted to give me 30 days. Shop at North Cold and you won't be disappointed.
