Huge waste of time and money. A job quoted to take "3-5 days" transmission rebuild took over 3 weeks after all of the parts arrived and nearly a full month total. The vehicle ended up breaking down again 10 days later. When I picked the vehicle up, it was said to be in total working order. I will not be returning and you should go anywhere else.
The Kiyo's Transmission Service thr best and I highly recommend to go there if you have Transmission problem !
My truck is still at shop and not touched for 17 months excuse after excuse legal action incoming
Wayne and his team at Kiyo's did an amazing job fixing our van and at a reasonable cost! We have been to the dealer 3x over the past 6 mos --all costing us a ton of money and they never fixed the problem we were having! We took it to Kiyo's and Wayne and his skilled team fixed it the first time for a fraction of the cost. They kept us informed throughout the whole process --I can't say enough good things about Kiyo's --THANK YOU!!!
Kiyos Wayne was a referral from another transmission shop. Called Wayne and asked him if he could replace an engine main seal and an oil pan gasket. He was willing to do the job. Made arrangements with him and brought my SUV in on a Saturday. He told me that it would take a couple of days and if I could leave my vehicle. Got a call from his mom on a Tuesday morning and I told her that I'll pick it up the next day. Wayne did exactly what was needed with quick service and turn around. Call ahead to talk to him first. Place is really busy.
I decided to flush out the transmission on my work van. I also wanted to put some quality fluids into my transmission. After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided on trying out Kiyo’s Transmission on Queen Street. Everyone said the shop was reasonably priced and did quick quality work. I was quoted $150 for my transmission flush, which is a very good price. However, because I wanted to run good quality stuff into the system, I purchased $180 worth of AMSOIL transmission fluid from Chuck’s corvette next door. Wayne, the owner of Kiyo’s transmission, did the job in a matter of hours. When I went to pick up my van, Wayne only charged me $125 instead of $150 because he said I provided my own oil. Just to be sure that the shop put in the AMSOIL product that I purchased for $180, I asked to see the empty bottles of AMSOIL. They showed them to me, and indeed they were empty. If you want good work done on your transmission for a good price and by honest people, go to Kiyo’s on Queen street. You won’t be disappointed.
Excellent!!! Mechanical work always takes longer than anticipated . Wayne is great. Price was less than expected which never happens in a BMW world .
