Options….. that’s what they give you. Not options based on what works for them, but what works for the patient. Thorough, boy they are extremely thorough. Dr. Klar and Rebecca spent time with us explaining the “whys” of how your teeth are like they are. They educated us far beyond what I had expected. From the minute we walked into Rebecca’s office and she began working with us, I knew that this practice was the best of the best. If I could give them more stars I would.

So for my most recent visit, I was helped by Sherry and Dr. Patrick. As normal, the atmosphere was happy and friendly, the music superb, and the the process efficient. But as nice as that all is, what really sets this orthodontist apart is how much they care about their patients. They’re easy to confide in, and do everything within their power to make their patient comfortable and relaxed about their teeth. They’re happy to answer any question, too, and as a very curious person, I appreciate that. Totally recommend this place for anyone looking for an orthodontist in VA beach, and I look forward to seeing the team again!

Everything was very efficient. Staff was great explaining what we’d be looking at doing. Dr. Klar was very kind & made us feel at ease. My daughter is super excited to get her braces next month. Thank you so much!

Ashley did an amazing job with my daughter. She made her feel as if they were friends and helped her with being more positive about having braces. Ashley gave us all the tools to be successful. She also mentioned places to restock the supplies that were cost friendly.

My 16 year old son just got his Braces removed after a year and a half. I don’t think we could have found a better orthodontist practice. They were so sweet, if you ever had an issue which was maybe twice, they saw him right away to fix the problem. No questions asked. I would highly highly recommend this practice

The staff messed up our appointment, however, they call back on the day appointment and offer to make some alter. This is how a good business solve a problem with customer/client. I used to work in the service business, this was what I did when a staff offended a client/guess. They should have give email confirmation to avoid wrong date appointment. The staff could improve their tone of voice on the phone when speaking with client. Through the phone, we can't see each other face expression, people rely on how helpful and friendly the staff tone of voice and the way answering questions. This vital to the first impression to clients/customers to build trust in the beginning. It's normal psychological. When I found out the appointment in the wrong date + the way the staff answering my questions, I wanted to cancel the appointment and find another trustable place. However, when another lady called back and willing to work it out, it helped me feel a little better. About Dr. Klar, she is friendly and spent appropriate amount of time to explain and answering. She also care for what is best for my sons over business. It helps build more trust in me. The only thing I didn't like it that The only thing I didn't like with the experience is that I hope they will sensitive to others' feelings avoid labeling others' conditions without.

Klar Voorhees Orthodontics is the Best!! I am so happy that I finally made the decision to let braces help with me with my TMJ and my smile AND that I selected Klar Voorhees Orthodontics! The Seaboard office was a very convenient location allowing me to get to my appointments on time and to get back to work - always in a timely manner! I highly recommend Doctor Patrick and Kelly who took care of my smile from day 1! They have a friendly/helpful staff!! 100% positive experience!

My son doesn't have braces yet, but we have had two visits to this office on a referral from our dentist. Both visits were excellent, but this past visit was down right enjoyable! Dr. Sarah and the staff were fun and set my son's nerves at ease. I highly recommend!

So thankful for this amazing team at Klar Voorhees Holmes Orthodontics. This was my second time having braces and it was the best experience. The entire staff is so friendly, I feel like I’ve become part of their family. I highly recommend them, and Dr. Sara Groy so much that my Nephew is now going to Dr. Sara.
