My partner and I have both had dental work done here and been quite disappointed. First, it has become a theme that the office has decided to change the price of the treatment while in the middle of the exam. The office manager will come in and bring a form to sign. This happened to my boyfriend while the dentist had tools inside his mouth and he was unable to speak. Second, the dentists and the hygienists really do a poor job of explaining care instructions after procedures. Both of us have gotten home after procedures and realized we have no idea when we can eat, if we should avoid anything, and how much pain is normal or expected. Third, the new dentist really isn’t personable, but he also doesn’t explain anything while he works. He injected my numbing without telling me what was going on. I wasn’t told to expect a pinching feeling… nothing. He just put tools in my mouth and worked while I lay there completely clueless as to what was happening. I definitely do not recommend coming here for dental needs.
From the minute I walked in until leaving, the experience was fantastic! Everyone was so gentle with me and took such good care of me and my feelings! FINALLY looking forward to going to the dentist, I will definitely return and recommend!
I had a great experience in 2020 with my son getting fillings, that's why I came back for his care a couple weeks ago when our regular dentist was booked up. This time it was terrible, Mr Dumbous Asigri had judgemental and unprofessional attitude and wasted my time by scheduling all the treatments and having his staff calling me the day of second treatment and telling me that we better see a pediatric dentist. There are two things that upset me the most, when people have bad attitude about the job they chose and are paid to perform and when they disrespect me by wasting my time. I cannot really comment on his skills besides the fact that it took an hour and a half to do one filling during the first treatment appointment. Do not recommend this particular dentist.
Fortunately I have not had major dental work done. Just a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning both with Jordan the hygienist. She has been great to work with and I highly recommend.
Phenomenal experience! I would highly recommend Sandbridge Family Dentistry to anyone in search of a new dental practice. Everyone was very welcoming, kind, and compassionate. I can't thank them enough for making me feel comfortable and at ease through the entire visit!

Yesterday I was having really bad pain from a root canal I had done many years ago. I found Sandbridge Family Dental online and registered as a new patient and requested their soonest available appt, and also was able to choose the pain levels I was experiencing based on their options, when scheduling. Within ten minutes I had a confirmation text confirming an appt for a week out. Five minutes later, I got a phone call from an employee asking me what symptoms I was having and about my pain overall. They offered to bring me in first thing the very next morning. It’s Amazing that they took the initiative to reach out to me and then get me in much sooner than I would’ve lasted, having to wait a week for an appointment. They took excellent care of me, they extracted the problem tooth and did a bone graft without trying to reschedule me for another day. They were busy with other patients but they never made me wait and were extremely respectful of my time and of other patients. They were super friendly and I am thankful to have no more pain. They scheduled my follow up appt for stitch removal, they were extreme caring when I felt anxious about the procedure and took necessary steps to ensure comfort. If Chick-fil-A owned a dental office- this would be the one in a matter of efficiency, friendliness, and customer service. Again, I can’t say enough about this place. I will return here for every dental need, without a doubt.
Staying at the beach on vacation. Practice worked me in promptly to address aching tooth. Front desk was pleasant and considerate. Dental assistant was very friendly and clearly knew what she needed to do and did it efficiently. Dentist saw me promptly and dealt with the problem.
Only reason to give any stars was dental hygienist, Kelly. She deserves 10/10! She is amazing and the ONLY reason I stayed when the transition to a new dentist. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about the new dentist. He would be rated at 1/10. Terrible bedside manner and passes the buck whenever. Tried to ask him about a concern I had and he pushed it off and said he can’t answer questions regarding gum graft completed by other physician. For the record, was not asking about specific gum graft questions; just general teeth and gum health. I guess I shouldn’t expect much from a physician that washed hands then wiped them dry on the protective bib they put on me. I just don’t vibe with the new dentist. However, hygienist and other staff are excellent.
Under new management and they now don’t communicate with clients. They called me twice in as many days to confirm the appointment. Not once did they say we open exactly at 0700 for their morning huddle. The issue here is that I showed up 10 minutes prior, like I am supposed to during a medical appointment, and not a single person acknowledged me. I called like the instructions on the door said and as I did an employee ignored the phone and me although she could clearly see me. They did the passive aggressive ignoring that some of us know too well. The phone went to an answering machine NOT an answering service so I hung up and called again. When nobody answered, again I hung up and browsed the morning news. At exactly 0700 I called again and nobody answered the phone although I watched 2 employees walk past 2 different phones. The one who ignored me before saw me and had a look of surprise on her face. I had my mask on because again I follow the rules and sat down. Another employee said they were in a huddle and that the phone goes to an answering service and they’ll let me know they were unavailable. Again no answering service. I have been coming here for years and never have I had to wait outside not been ignored like I was. The employee made every excuse to cover her employees and employers new policy. I didn’t want to hear excuses so I told the employee I would wait for my hygienist. She really wanted to keep pressing the issue because they asked me to leave and reschedule. I got up, explained what my issue was and left. The only issue I had was the employee who saw me initially didn’t acknowledge me or answer the phone or even come to the door and say can you come back at 0700 because we are having a group meeting. Anything would’ve been better than not doing anything.
