Knickerbocker Saloon

The interior is warmly lit and tastefully decorated. The corner in which my friends and I sat was supplied with chess boards and other fun games, which was a pleasant surprise. The cocktails are expertly mixed and reasonably priced. The only downside was that the music, while fun, occasionally drowned out our conversation.

This bar is a very nice, rustic, classic small town bar. Although the two times I have been recently have been quite disappointing. The 1st time the band was not my preference of type of music and was played way too loud for the size of the building and the second time was to be a Valentine's day "singles" function. Well.... the 2nd one had a game that was a JOKE and the musician that came late was good but had her background music too loud for such a small place. I will not let these experiences stop me from coming again, but I will have to consider more carefully the "functions" I attend there from now on.

Love the atmosphere, beautiful bar that dates back several decades. It's quaint and cozy!
