Tried to charge me a $100 deposit for staying here. This is not advertised. They wanted it in cash. Walk up the stairs to a homeless person sleeping at the top of the stairs. Bathroom was not clean. Just waiting to get charged for the deposit on this room. Will not stay here again.Rooms: 1/5

Let's start with the amenities that you have to pay for, but cannot use such as a pool and breakfast "included in the price!" If I can't use it, you might think about dropping that price per night. Then we can discuss how my family checked in on a Friday afternoon and checked out Sunday morning and during our entire stay not once was our room tended to. Same sheets, same towels, we had to take our trash to the neighboring restaurants dumpster. I've stayed at 5 star hotels that didn't make you stand there and wait while they checked your room before allowing you to leave so being told to wait in an outdoor box with a screened window while a guy checked behind us was insulting. The only reason we stayed is because we had run out of time to find other options, and honestly this stay has made me want to avoid Oklahoma city all together. It used to be home, what happened?

In our first room the heater made odd loud sounds and we asked to move. In our second room my kids found a beer bottle that I guess had been missed during cleaning? The man at check in said he would honor a 12 pm checkout since the 3rd party site I booked through advertised that checkout time. In the morning when I tried to confirm this, I was told I would be charged extra. It seemed there was no communication or clear policy in place and it was very frustrating. However, It was a warm place to stay during an ice storm when our power was out.

Do not recommend this place at all. Probably the worse costumer service I've ever seen. The room was clean but the towels were stained. We were not there long enough to even sit on the bed as we found out the pool was closed due to covid and no food available even thou the website did not disclose those amenities were not available. We chose this location for the pool and breakfast. After we found out these were not avaliable and had dirty towels we left.

My visit on July 9 was horrible. The first room they gave me was dirty n that was at 430pm. The second room the bedding was dirty I didn't sleep at all. So much noise going on all night. The answer as to why the place was so bad. They're in the middle of changing ownership. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Wish I could leave a ZERO STAR rating. This hotel is sketchy---I found a not-so-hidden camera on the front of the TV, pointed straight at the bed. Front desk denied it was a camera, said it was for remote. However, remote worked with wire unplugged. The sw on my phone detected it, once unplugged, sw no longer detected it.

Nasty place. Checked in to a room that has not been cleaned at all. Got another room found dirty towels behind the bathroom door. The lady up front desk is not friendly at all. Next time I would stay on the streets with the homeless and pay them for the night before i check into any motel tied to Quality inns.

Good room that opened to the outside. Their lobby was closed and they didn't serve breakfast as advertised. They seem more like a 2 star motel then a 3 star hotel as advertised.

Have stayed here more than once and it’s always THE BEST SLEEP! It is an older hotel, freshly remodeled. They exceed my requirements of nice outdoor pool, comfortable room and lobby, friendly staff. I’m not much for breakfast but ate here once and enjoyed. We’ll visit again!Rooms: 5/5

This place is really a wreck First they charge you $100 deposit not even a 5 star hotel keep that much deposit. Rooms are in bad shape ...not cleaned very well. Coffee machine broke..the bathtub was clogged and you take shower you stand in 5 inch water!. The toilet is rusted all over. Stay away from this motel
