I believe, it was very important to take time out of my day and recognize a wonderful employee at this salon. I keep returning to knockouts hair salon because of the manager Gaby. She is a vital part of the welcoming customer experience. Gaby is genuine, easy to talk to, attentive, and a true professional when it comes to cutting and styling my hair. It’s this level of trust, relaxation, and care that keeps me coming back every two weeks to keep my hair feeling healthy and looking sharp. I appreciate Gaby and the rest of the team. Thank you!

I went in for a haircut yesterday and I couldn't be happier with my cut. Sharon was my hairdresser and she did an impeccable job. She was super friendly and made sure to get my feedback while cutting my hair. A lot of times when I get my haircut, I don't love it 100%, but not this time! Gab by far makes this experience worth while. For me its my zen relaxation time every two weeks. I've been getting my hair cut here for @ 4 years. They do a great job and the atmosphere is easy going. I highly recommend Hannah for anyone that is particular...she has a touch of OCD which I find to be a great trait in a hair stylist. And if you want an excellent massage Cassie is definitely on the job. She knows how to work out the kinks and is very chill at the same time. Worth every penny!

Excellent haircut service for men. It may be a little pricey but well worth it. The services they offer beat out sport clips. You can enjoy an ice cold beer and even the kids can enjoy a soda on the house. And the best thing is the stylists are very easy on the eyes.

Fantastic haircuts and very enjoyable service! The stylist that was cutting my hair was very nice and very pleasant while cutting my hair. For going in the first time I will definitely be coming back. Arguably the best haircut I have ever had! Highly recommend!!

They're service was nice but the quality of the hair cut was aweful. I asked for something easy. Keep it in regs and make it something I don't have to bother with in the morning. Suffice to say I didn't like it the next morning and my commanding officer called me out. Funny I thought I don't really care about the cut. It's just that I paid 40 dollars for their service and now I have to spend more to fix it.

If you go here for a massage you are in for a treat. Sara is awesome, she knows what a deep massage actually is. I go to other places and most don't go deep enough. Sara evaluates and asks you questions to make sure you get the best possible massage. Book her you won't be disappointed.

Ok, so the name is a bit deceptive, but draw your own conclusions there. Honestly, the haircuts are haircuts, you aren't going to pay much different anywhere else. What you may want instead, is the upcharge stuff; such as the "Heavyweight". The mint shampoo and scalp massage is amazing, especially in the summer. The hot towel treatment always leaves my face feeling refreshed. The girls are also pretty good at styling your hair, some places don't make that much of an effort. You can even pay to get a massage, they have a massage therapist that works there part time. Some people may find the prices a bit high, but you'd be hard pressed to find this sort of accommodation for less.

Lauren is awesome. My son is 2 and he hates the clippers, but Lauren took her time and cut it by hand. Every once in a while stopped to play with him. Staff is friendly and great prices.
