Knox Oklahoma Regional Lab

I don't normally write reviews for anything, but felt the need to share my experience at Knox Lab. The front desk ladies were really kind and helpful. But I was called back by a young man who I'm guessing was new based on his experience with administering a TB test. As I'm sitting there about to get the test done, he visibly pauses what he was doing to inhale and exhale (like he was nervous...not a good sign!) Now I don't mind people who are new at the job, or who have had little experience with working there. I believe that everyone needs to start somewhere. But the following situation had me floored that he was allowed to work there in the first place. He grabbed the needle used for the TB test and went to take the cap off of the needle...he couldn't. He struggled and grasped at the needle cap for what felt like forever until he SNAPPED THE NEEDLE APART from the shot itself. I was a little worried, and then he turned to me and said "I'm glad I snapped the needle off now instead of in your arm!" .....definitely not reassuring for someone about to get stuck with a needle. Then he grabs another one, struggles with the same cap, and audibly says "for f***s sake" when he STILL couldn't get the cap off. (At the time, I thought that maybe those caps were truly hard to get of, so I called my husband -who worked at a clinic that provided TB tests- and asked if he ever had a hard time taking the caps off of the TB test needles and he chuckled and said "Never, why?") He finally got the cap off of the needle and gave the test fine, but his lack of professionalism was unreal. Honestly, the whole encounter with him was awkward, but the TB test put me over the top. I'm sure other test administrators are just fine, but I would definitely ask for another administrator if you ever get this young man, or anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable.

Went there for drug test to get a job. They were very friendly and very quick.

Knox isn't the best. Rude employees. Didn't have to wait long but staff there are not nice. Don't go here.

Best place in town and very professional people that knows how 2 do a good job and very well trained at what they do.

Taking more than two weeks to resolve a test, mailing me wait to work, a rather unacceptable period of time
