I wanted to get my lab work done. This place is their back office it seems. They asked me to go to the "real lab, or lab lab" whatever the heck that means.

I got a notice from a debt collector for a bill last week. I never received a bill from this lab. The date was back in May. When I spoke with the lab, they never billed my insurance either. Thanks a lot for harassing me and causing stress for my family. I would have gladly paid the bill IF I had know it existed!
