Kohl's - Crossroads

Kohl's is a big department store with a huge selection of clothing, jewelry, home decor, and kitchen accessories with a wide variety of brands. The store was clean, organized, and decently stocked. The staff offered to help a few times and seemed friendly. The bathrooms in the back were clean and smelled good. Not a bad store at all!

Amazon Returns here are so quick and simple. Got an in store coupon too!! Used it for a gift I was purchasing. This store is so clean and well organized. Upscale but good quality items. Always shop here for Christmas.

Only giving it 5 stars because of the hilarious incident with the matching family pj's and a mannequin! The ridiculous reaction from an employee and a customer was absolutely insane but made for a great laugh. Otherwise, this place is outrageously overpriced and doesn't have the awesome sales like they used too.

Well first of all they didn't have what I was looking for so already I'm a little bit disappointed. They have novelty t-shirts that you can get for $10 at other stores. But Kohl's sells them for 15. At least they keep the store clean.

Great store and wonderful staff!!! They were very helpful!!! Wonderful selection of merchandise!!! So much to choose from. Can't wait to go shopping there again!!!

Kohl's used to be a good deal. Now the items are overpriced. They still have sales, but items are marked up so much that their sale prices are "normal" prices elsewhere.

Nice place. Good service. They always have deals specially end of the year, makes you want to keep coming back for more.
