Customer service is less than desirable Employees are more like cashiers not really interested in the customer. A recent trip to the local Carhartt store which sells similar products proved to be so much more enjoyable..Active and engaging employees who truly wanted to be helpful..no reason to return to Duluth trading

Very Very Expensive. I wanted to Buy a Three Packages of their Nice Boxer Breifs, they are $35 for a single pack. I wanted a pack of three, that would be $105 for just three. Every thing is high quality items. But the prices are insane. Shame

Staff was great, very helpful. The clothing is very nice looking and I hear it's durable. First time ever here, came in to look, had an idea it wasn't cheap and it's more than I'm comfortable spending on clothing. Just personal preference. Nothing against Duluth Trading. $80 seems to be mean pricing for a lot of what's in the store, pants, cardigans, magnetic button ups. All very nice stuff. I heard Black Friday I may get some good deals.

Love this place. All the staff are always nice. They answer my dad jokes with more dad jokes. Hell, I’d give them a sixth star just for that. They even try to help me overcome my inability to remember when fleece lined jeans come into stock, which lets face it is not a battle I’m winning at. But seriously the staff is awesome. While the price point is a bit higher, unlike a lot of other places, they deliver on a quality of products that well exceeds it. And if it doesn’t they have an absurd warranty to make sure you get what you pay for. Great place, great people.

Decent service as always, and while their clothes are a bit pricey, you definitely get what you pay for.

Love this store! Even though they've enjoyed success in becoming more "mainstream" over the last several years, they have stayed true to extremely high quality standards & generally great products. This particular location was clean, well organized & the staff was professional, friendly & helpful!!

Wishing I could give them 0 stars they don't cater to big men at all.I went in for insulated overalls and they don't go past a 2xl how is it yall are for the working man but only if they are skinny

Overpriced clothing. I was shopping for underwear for my husband. A male employee walked passed me several times straightening up the dept. but never asked if he could help me; he greeted and asked other male customers if he could help them find anything. The older woman at the cash register was very talkative and friendly.

Their stuff is expensive but very durable. And their Bull Pen briefs are unmatched!
