Tooo expensive anymore. They mark sh!t way stupid high then say put a sign saying 20% off!! One purse $65.00 "same exact purse" at the Ross store $15.00 !! Extreme taxing
I bought an air fryer online and went to pick it up yesterday, 12/12/21, and they gave me a used one. I had to called to get a replacement and no one apologized for that I had to drive back and forth. Why did they gave me a used or returned item? You could see that the outside box was ripped. And on the inside, there were food crumbs. I feel like it is bad business to do this and I don't want to order anything from this location anymore.
Amazon return. Walked up to the counter and started counting. It took a full count of ten before the clerk acknowledged me. Bare courtesy, definitely less than pleasant. I asked for a bit of patience because I hadn't done a Kohl's Amazon return before and received an eye roll I'll go if it is convenient. But not out of my way.
Had some Kohls cash to spend and because of sales, scored an incredible amount of items for free. Great womens tops on sale for 6.99, very soft and many color options. And I got two great office chairs in orange--actually dining room chairs but I am using them in my office. Great color and comfortable!
I was looking for a pair of joggers pants and the least expensive ones cost over $40.00 and they didn't even look good at all and these were on clearance, I walked out very disappointed.
Found what I needed and got out. Line for checkout wasn't to long. The only complaints I had was there were no carts. Im disabled and it was hard to walk through the store.
The employees are always friendly. Store is always clean. The clothing & shoe options for women aren't that great of a selection anymore.
All sale items were available and costumer service was great.
The didn't have any perfume. Small small amount of leggings. Not that many good deals.
The cashiers were wonderful I enjoy shopping there
