Got a vacuum cleaner the sign advertising was $179 it was showing another vacuum cleaner on the top and the one under sing it was more expensive .long story short  they don't have on display the one advertising they have the expensive one ,so when i got the the register my total was $293.00 i say no sorry but your sing say$ 179.00 she said let me call the manager .and she did so they have it upstairs and not display at all .i ask why the manager say they don't take their display not even if they don't have the product until they refill it and some times it takes months  any how very frustrated to Wait until they bring it out. And embarrassing to hold the line .

this girl charged my mom for extra items so she goes to customer service & they accused her for stealing and had to check the cameras . on top of that , my toddler was crying & accidentally left her shoe & they had a nasty comment saying “ oh it’s the kicker who lost her shoe” When they could have said anything else like the little girl. very poor customer service from these kohls employees .

I really like this kohls customer service is great always helpful but today the store seemed empty... A lot of the racks were empty they didn't have a lot of product workers were in the process of stocking it was kind of dry but overall great store.

In my opinion, this is the worst Kohl's to go to. There is always a lot of shoplifting and the security isn't even there half the time. All the workers are overworked and look exhausted not their fault, of course. There are never enough of them scheduled in that big of a store to help customers without a wait, and I never see any of the lazy managers helping out. They always seem to be in the back office because when customers need them, it takes them forever to get to the front of the store. Kohl's in general dramatically increases their original prices so you can't shop here without their asinine coupons, and even with coupons, you are essentially paying the regular price of competitors. It's just to make you feel like you're getting a "good deal." You can find some steals in the clearance racks sometimes, but that's if you can dedicate the time to sort through the chaos. I'm always surprised that Kohl's hasn't gone out of business yet.

The checkout line is horrible and the staff seems to be just fine with it. When I finally arrived at the register the cashier starts pushing me on applying for a Khol's card. After that conversation he directs me to find any Kohl's coupons on my phone. After all that I see why the check out line is sooooo long! Management needs to get their act together and deal with the check out line situation!

Store is clean and organized. The checkout lines get ridiculous, with only 4 checkers open. Need to do better.

Worst place, I called to pick up my order and they don't do drive up. I have covid and just found out and now I'm purposely coughing every where in this store and sneezing to get everyone sick because I'm upset about having to come in while sick.

Was just racially profiled while in the store and browsing for gifts. I am Hispanic and native American with a darker complexion. The larger woman in all black followed me every section i went, all around the store. Always something with this particular store and because of this one low ball of a person, I will never be back.

Why ask for reviews nothing changes!? BAD management!!The line was around and up the isle. Only 3 cashiers. If this is the way it's going to be at Christmas GOOD LUCK. Asked for a floor manager and one never showed up.

The store was clean and orderly. The checkout line queue is very organized and moves swiftly.
