Big Lots - Upland

Very polite and helpful. Went with my son to buy a mattress. I don't remember her name but she's been with the company for 30 years. She checked stock to ensure we would be able to take them home same day. When it was time to pick up she helped us load them on top of our car. Thank you Thank you Absolutely amazing customer service.

Worked here as stocker, boss man throws a bunch of work at you right from the jump and even aggressively confronted me about my work ethic in front of what seemed to be everyone working at that time on my 2nd day there still learning the ropes, the main issue I experienced was there was no human to human training, everything I learned about my position was from the training I did on register during my shifts not a single person in the store showing how to find and pull stuff from the back, navigate through the small aisles, or even stocking the most important part which was a mess since every aisle was unorganized when I got there adding more time and work to my job. 1/10 would highly not recommend considering other part time options in area as well

Very small store. Aisles are very tight. One cart ber aisle. This Big lot is near my house but I avoid it and I go to the one in Upland witch is 12 miles away or I go to the Covina store.

Some great sales. Good value. Nice employees

Store clean, orderly. Went with my daughter who wanted a recliner. The staff was very helpful. The recliner was picked out and paid for. It was put in car who was very friendly and did not complain about the size and weight of the purchase.

Good deals on usable stuff. Got an amazing wind chime that I was actually eyeing elsewhere but it was only $12.99 here. That’s less than half the price the other store was charging!

Bathrooms were not available and the store just wasn't welcoming to want to see more

Remodeled store. Wish they had more items to offer. Almost scarce. Good deals if they have what your looking for. Cashiers are nice but a little slow. Clean store. Good location.

Cat food is fairly priced and treats too
