Lamps Plus

I hadn't been to lamps Plus for years but when I walked in I was very pleased. They have beautiful chandeliers, excellent customer service and fair prices. I saw a number of items on sale. They also sell miscellaneous items such as pillows, pictures etc. We will be back.

they had the odd light bulb I need in stock, good service, slightly higher prices but no waiting. a place where you can quickly get personnel one on one service/interaction every time. I'll be back. Thanks

I came in today with my husband looking for the perfect lamp for our family room. Jiahn was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect lamp! He was so patient and took the time to go over details. Everyone there was super friendly and I appreciated their help.

My name is Tamara J, I ordered the most beautiful lamps on line the other day, I was not quite sure of what I was doing, mistakenly thought my order did not go through, so I tried again. To my surprise I ordered the two lamps twice. It was going to be hard enough sneaking two large boxes into the house pass my husband. Lol! I ended up with four boxes. My first thought was “ I’m in trouble now” I met my Angel on my way to the Upland store by first calling for directions that’s when Maria answered the phone , gave me directions and low and behold, she was the first to greet me, even though she was assisting another customer. Maria is the most efficient and effective individual I’ve seen in a long time. She is personable and extremely professional. She took care of me and all I had to do was have a seat and she took over. My visit was less than 15-20 minutes. Every sales person and employee I saw in the store was very nice. Thanks Lamps Plus for making everything so pleasant for me! This place has a great variety, I found the exact niche piece of lighting I needed for my rental space. Very helpful. They don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need, just honest business with great service.

My friend, Mrs Phillis McMillan was looking for a clock to go in her bedroom. We look through what your store had in stock & couldn't find what she was looking for. A suggestion was made to look on line. So, Alex Munoz was so helpful & patient with us. We found out later he actually doesn't work in sales yet. But he really stepped up to the plate & helped Mrs. McMillan to fine, on line what she wanted. The clock of choice will be sent to her house. Thank you so much for helping an elderly lady out. Alex made her day. Actually all the staff was very nice & helpful. Thanks again. I meant to give Alex a 5 star rating but accidentally pushed the wrong button.

Maria the manager was a life saver for a very unique situation and the team here Howard, Alex, Mikki, Jiahn and Anand are just outstanding in their customer service and care. They listened to what we needed and stretched to make sure we were satisfied so we can’t say enough good thing about them. Definitely recommend them for your wonderful shopping experience.

I was in the middle of moving when I discovered the previous owners wanted to take the Chandelier. I was able to find exactly the replacement I wanted online at Lamps Plus. Harold Wilson at the Upton Store worked with me over the phone. He found it at another store & arranged it’s delivery. The whole process was so easy. I had called on a Thursday evening & it arrived Saturday noon. It looks as lovely in my dining room as I had pictured.
