Kohler Waters Spa

This was a total surprise spa getaway weekend from very loving man. From the moment we spoke to the customer service representative to arriving at our hotel, the entire experience was first class. I now know "why" so many people spoke highly of this place. We were so delighted on how professional and friendly everyone was throughout our entire stay. Definitely worth experiencing. You will not be disappointed!

My normal 5- star rating went to a 4. My husband was given a male masseuse and could not relax. We should have been asked at the time of booking for gender preference.

Went here for a bachelorette party weekend with the girls.. super luxurious and definitely worth the money. Great spa experience even though I didn't purchase a massage. I definitely will be back with the fiance for a couples' massage! Also, I lost my fitbit watch and they went and found it right away when I called when I figured it out after I went all the way home (1 hour away). They even mailed it the next day. Thank you so much for that! :)
