Helpful staff with a lovely meeting room

I took over a contract from some existing equipment, and I can't get them to give me any information about the machine. They don't return calls, or answer the phone. I requested a service call almost a month ago, and have received no response. Very frustrating. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Call center management is unprofessional and not helpful to staff. Wait time was extremely long. Due to lack of management assistance.
