Joining Krank was probably one of the best decisions I made in 2022. The classes are challenging but also fun. The owner Dan is super knowledgeable and supportive. Even if he’s not teaching a class he checks in to make sure your form is accurate and helps you to achieve your goals from both a fitness and nutritional standpoint. If you need a sign to join this is it! It’s worth every penny! You won’t get this level of support anywhere else!
Best gym ever! At the risk of sounding like a groupie, Krank has changed my life in a very organic, and unassuming way. I’ve been working out with the team for about 2 1/2 years now. At 49, I’m in better shape both mentally and physically than I have been in years. My son joined their Sports Lab a year plus ago and has seen tremendous improvement in his basketball game. Even my husband recently joined. After just one workout, he opted to skip the trial period in favor of just going for it!
Krank is not only the best gym in BK, it’s hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. I loved the no-frills, energetic, welcoming vibe, and appreciated seeing folks of all shapes and sizes come through – the best community of people just showing up and giving it their best every time. The workouts never get easier and they shouldn’t, but they’re fun and you always walk out of there feeling like you already conquered the day. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable shout-out to coach Migs! and with you every step of the way, challenging you to push yourself and making sure your form is correct. I have never been stronger and in better shape than when I was going to Krank. When we moved out of BK, one of the things I missed the most was going to this place – no other gym like it. Grateful to coach Dan for offering up a place like Krank, and I appreciate the whole team there.
Krank is the BEST, period. A real results, unpretentious, let's get down to business type gym, which I love. I've always considered myself an active person but these past few years did me in, physically and mentally. I learned about Krank through Instagram and signed up for their 2-week trial last winter and was immediately hooked! Krank workouts are very challenging but never boring, and they were just what I needed to jumpstart my new fitness journey. The coaches are top-tier and very knowledgeable and I really like how sessions are structured. I had fractured my ankle in the spring shortly after formally joining and was worried that all the momentum I had would be cut short; however, accommodations were made that allowed me to continue to train safely. I've also learned about macros and how to eat better. And I have a great appreciation for kettlebells now, too. All in all I haven't felt this strong in a long time, and for that I will always be grateful. I cannot recommend Krank enough!

Hands down the best place I've ever had the pleasure to train at, has so much more to offer than your typical gym from quality coaches who cater to your personal fitness goals to its electric atmosphere every time you walk. This gym exceeded all expectations, if you're serious about becoming better I highly recommend you check it out.
I've been going to gyms for 10 years now. No gym is like Krank. Unlike in most other gyms that offer group training, Krank coaches know what they're talking about and pay attention to you. When my form is whack, they help me fix it. When something hurts, they modify the exercise. When I wanted to lose weight, they helped me do it. When I decided to compete in powerlifting competitions, they helped me medal in every single one. Krank coaches will learn your name, your goals, and help you overcome your weaknesses. And, they offer their highly personalized training for less than you'd pay for a personal trainer, or at most group training facilities. But better than all of that, Krank is like family. I go as much for the fun, challenging workouts as for the people clients and trainers included. I've met some of my closest friends there, and made my closest friends join. Do yourself a favor, and go check it out.
This place as change my life not only physically but spiritually and mentally. I'm very grateful to have a coach Dan that is master at his craft and very passionate as a coach. You will alway learn something new everyday when you are at Krank. The Family atmosphere is so welcoming and you will feel right at home. If you want to be apart of something bigger than just a workout than this place this for you.

I've Been going to my local regular gym for 5 years with very minimal results, Until my friend who i also play a lot of basket ball with advised on trying the gym he goes to Called Krank, i kept stalling on it because i was always reluctant to change and i just thought he wanted a new gym buddy lol, i eventually took him up on it went to krank to give it a shot, and there was no looking back. My experience so far, I have been going for 2 years, I've already reached my goals with this gym, at this point i am just aiming for the stars and seeing how far i can get. Also don't get me started with there krank classes, You want to have an amazing physique with very healthy stamina and sometimes a euphoric high afterwards, DO KRANK!
Before Krank, I exercised sporadically. Sometimes I would run or take a yoga class or work out to Youtube videos. But I did none of these things consistently. I needed to commit myself to care of my body and subsequently my mind. For me, exercise makes me a happier person. I sleep better and I’m less anxious if I work out routinely. I needed to join a gym to hold myself accountable. When I started Krank, I couldn’t complete a work out. I stopped my assessment after thirty minutes because I felt like I was going to vomit and faint all at the same time. Now, I can complete an hour to an hour-and-half work out with no problem. The elevation of my stamina alone is staggering. I have energy that lasts. Also, I have muscles. Krank introduced me to weight lifting. I’d never held a bar bell in my life, but the coaches saw that I could excel and enjoy it. I’ve gained about fifteen pounds since starting the strength training. As someone who keeps a pretty busy schedule, I like the programs at Krank because I’m not working out alone. There is always a coach there to tell me what to do, to look out for my form and therefore safety, and to push me to do more. Plus, it’s fun. Krank is genuine community. Obviously, I highly recommend joining Krank. I was someone who had never been part of a gym before. I’d never taken classes beyond a drop-in once in awhile. I didn’t consider myself someone who enjoyed working out. All that is different now. If you’re ready to commit to yourself, to give yourself a healthier and happier practice, try out Krank.
