I’ve been training with Mo a little over a year and have really seen results in weight loss and gaining strength. Mo’s a great motivator without being harsh or mean. She’s also very intuitive when it comes to the body and mind and notices small details during my workouts and then will adjust the training based on her insights. I’m grateful with my time with Mo and look forward to my weekly workouts with her. Plus her dog is really the cutest and I’m not much of a dog lover. She gives you the option not have the dog there btw but I wouldn’t recommend that
I started working out with Mo in 2010 before getting married. Even though I didn't plan on continuing after the wedding, I resumed training with her 1-2 times per week not long after and have been a loyal client ever since! 8+ years later, I still see her once a week and really enjoy our sessions together. And they've been working — I've been asked on multiple occasions if I'm a personal trainer myself!
