Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

I only ordered one glazed donut and a cup of water. the guy who helped me couldn't have seemed any more upset that he was working here. It was ridiculous and he should be fired. He gives people who work at Krispy Kreme a bad name. Back to my donut. IT WAS COLD! And I'm not just saying it wasn't warm. It wasn't even like warm. It was actually COLD! I've NEVER has a fully cold donut ever but this one store just seems they can't get it right. Not coming back unless that guy gets fired or management changes because right now I'm going to blame it on them.

The guy who helped us was rude and was rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. He didn't pay attention to what I was pointing to and asking, so we got the wrong donuts. We ordered an iced coffee, but waited 5 minutes because everyone was too busy working the drive thru window. After getting the coffee it was disgustingly sweetened. We asked them to remake it without sweetener, but they poured hot coffee over ice which tasted burned as if it had been in the carafe too long. The website also said their hot light would be on at 11 am. We got here around 11:05 and they were making creme filled donuts, but they weren't ready. If we wanted them they wouldn't come with any glaze. Very disappointed and will never come back to this store.

Horrible customer service. I feel like they dont care who was there in line first. I ordered a dozen from a lady that was running everywhere who was not a cashier and I was waiting to check out. Since they only had two cashiers the other two customers behind me were being helped by them. In turned they checked out those two customers before me. I ended up leaving with nothing.

Love Krispy Kreme's. They gave us a free sample while we ordered. They were warm and light and melted in my mouth. 👄

Ok well if you haven’t been to a Krispy Kreme before, well you are missing out on the best doughnuts ever made, especially when they are still warm, they practically melt in your mouth. If you haven’t been you need to get to one as soon as you can and enjoy the best doughnuts.
