PinkBox Doughnuts

I absolutely LOVE PinkBox! Their creatively is beyond anything you’d expect from a donut shop! The variety is a donut lover’s dream! Everything is always fresh, the staff is always super nice and their custom orders are HIGHLY recommended!! I might go there now, their maple bacon bar is calling my name!

The worst thing about coming here is choosing which donuts to purchase! They are all so perfect and delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My husband and I love this place for a sweet treat.

Went to Pink Box doughnut last night around 1030pm with some family visiting out of town. This place is awesome! An employee by the name of Jasmine was helping us. I would have to say that she was by far the best customer service we've ever experienced. She has a gift with such a joyful spirit which made our first time at pink box an unforgettable one. Thank you pink box for the delicious doughnuts and thank you Jasmine for your service!!

The donuts are amazing! My son and I usually go here if we want a donut. However, his 6th birthday was today and I called on Wednesday to place an order for a donut cake to be picked up Thursday evening so he would have it on Friday morning fir his birthday breakfast surprise. Went to pick up the cake Thursday evening at 9pm (it should have been ready by 8pm anyway) and the girl had no indication of a donut cake that was to be picked up at the front. She went in the back and came back out after looking for a few minutes and said the baker had just seen the order for the first time when she handed it to him or her and it wasn't started yet. It would be a couple hours is what she told me. She was very nice and apologetic and offered it to me free of charge as well. I told her ok, no problem, call me when it was done and I would come pick it up. I stayed up until midnight and then gave up and went to bed because I had not received a call (we have a 6 year old and an 8 month old that are both early risers). Our alarm went off at 5am on Friday morning and I looked at my phone and I had received a call at 349am... thats more than a couple hours from 9pm the previous night. So, my husband went to pick it up early Friday morning. It wasn't finished, again, and there had been no note written regarding the no charge for the inconvenience. Honestly, I would have paid anyway, but it was just another thing that was a little irritating that the was no note on my order about the conversation with the girl the previous evening. I knew Friday was National Donut Day and things were going to be busy as I had been told that on the phone when placing the order. However, when my husband picked up the cake around 6am, there were no customers in the store at that time. It just seems like normal customer service went out the window in anticipation of National Donut Day. Pretty disappointed.

Donuts are great. But customer service sucks! Had a girl who couldn't say hi nor bye. Very snarky attitude will not be frequently this location.
