Krispy Kreme

I have been eating these donuts since I was a child, they are still delicious, I like to get them when they fresh off the rack hot and melt in your mouth. You can't eat just one. I had three boxes but I can only take a picture of 2, my brother took the other box with him.

This place was right on the main road and easy to get to. The place was clean. Was a little confusing to hear the employee when she asked what I wanted. Gave them a 4 because the parking lot was super filthy with trash

They desperately need to train their employees. They have 0 customer service skills. They were out of glazed doughnuts Saturday afternoon, how did that happen? When you get to the window you are always asked what did you order?? I mean REALLY!

Had to grab the re-release of the Reese's Donuts. Store was immaculate, even the bathroom. Staff was great and everything was fresh and nicely boxed.

The worst Krispy Kreme in Memphis. They got kids working there and they get upset when you use a credit card cause they can't receive a tip from you. The lil dude tried to give me some cold doughnuts and he put the box on the counter and hit it towards me. I do not recommend this place!

I went to 2 locations..Hacks Cross & Elvis Presley Blvd & both locations were out of glazed doughnuts. I ended up buying them at Kroger & it cost a lot more.

They were out of glazed doughnuts at Elvis Presley Blvd location and they were rude. They put no sign out and the drive-thru line was long.

Wish I could rate it a zero. There is a selective process that is utilized by the workers. They choose certain customers to be cordial to and to perform their customer service skills with those individuals. Because this was simply an indulgent item for me and not a necessity I will not be patronize this business.

We had fresh, hot, food. Fast service, and the ladtly at the window ws awesome. And the light wasnt on, but the donuts tasted like they were so fresh because they just melted in my mouth@@@@

The sign wasn't turned on, but they did not disappoint! The donuts were freshly baked and delicious! The Christmas decorated dozen was a huge hit with our kids. Hands down the freshest, best tasting donuts around. I wish they had a bakery in north Mississippi, but it is definitely worth the hour drive for a few dozen! Update: visited again this morning and same great donuts and service. They never disappoint.
