The atmosphere and service when greeted was great! The facilities were clean and beautiful, that's why we stopped in the first place. I ate my fires donut in the car, and it was delicious. The raspberry filling was awesome! Unfortunately, that was the only donut with raspberry filling! My husband and I ordered 6 chocolate iced donuts and 6 raspberry filled donuts. When we got home, I bit into another one and no filling! I opened up another one and nada! The other 3 were opened up with the same results. I only received one donut with raspberry filling! We live at least 35 minutes away and it wasn't worth it to return. But I was and still am extremely disappointed that we didn't get what we paid for! We made this purchase yesterday, Saturday, June 22, 2024.
Great local donut place. Had never heard of them before. Think it’s a new local business. Ordered some donuts for an event and I’m pretty sure the guy behind the counter hand-making the donuts was the owner. I heard rumors everything is locally sourced and organic. 10/10 would go back again. They should open up more of these.Food: 5/5
On Saturday, June 21, 2024, I arrived at this location at 10:55 pm, the front door was locked, I could see the employees cleaning up and counting their registers, so I walked through the drive thru and the employees and managers said it’s 10:56 and we are closed! This is the third time this krispy Kreme has JERKED US OVER! The management SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I have worked in retail for years and we never turned a customer away until our doors were locked at closing time and not a minute before, shame on you all for having horrible employees that only care about getting off of work as opposed to Taking care of paying customers when the store should still be serving guests! I am sick of this particular store on Ponce De Leon in Atlanta! They have LOST A FAITHFUL AND LOYAL CUSTOMER DUE TO MANAGEMENT NOT HIRING POEPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Shame on you all!!!!
I went on father's day. My mixed dozen was definitely lacking. Poorly decorated. I think they were just super busy. Donuts still tasted good. Friendly staff.Food: 4/5
One of the original KK locations in the city. It's definitely more spacious after the rebuild. Service was a tad bit slow, but they weren't terribly busy, so it's fine. Try one of the seasonal or limited doughnuts whenever you visit. I especially like that cinnamon roll.Food: 5/5
Wow, where do I even begin? Krispy Kreme's glazed donuts are simply unbeatable. They're like little rings of happiness, with the perfect balance of soft dough and sweet glaze that just melts in your mouth. I recently ordered a 12 dozen box for a gathering, and let me tell you, they were a huge hit! Each bite was met with sighs of satisfaction and requests for seconds. Krispy Kreme has truly mastered the art of donut-making, and their glazed ones are an absolute must-try. Five stars all the way!
You could not get in the building, had to use the drive true. The filling in out donuts were pea sized. The caramel coffees had no taste of caramel. The dots were good.Food: 3/5
Horrible service in the drive thru. Employee didn't say hi or welcome, no thank you either. Just blankly stared at me. The two donuts appeared to be thrown in to the bag. Donuts were stale and as you see in the pic, barely even filled. What a joke.Food: 1/5
The best Krispy Kreme I've ever been to. It's even better after it reopened. The service was a little slow multiple people standing around talking with a couple working while there were multiple people waiting to order. If you go get at least a few just plain glazed.Food: 5/5
I went there on the opening night and place was packed. The serves hot and fresh glazed doughnut for free and they were amazing. The place look spotless and everyone there was so welcoming. They still have the doughnut making production line but in one corner. The new Scooby Doo doughnuts for Halloween are must try.
