Starbucks

I was here while was visiting Ponce street market. Just across the road is this Starbucks. Ample seating space and good ambience to enjoy the hot coffee in chilly weather of Atlanta. They have toilet facilities as well inside the cafe.

This Starbucks is the best! Crystal was a pleasure and Dustin never fails to get my order right, even when I forget to get almond milk myself! I appreciate everyone on staff and everyone does a great job

I usually love this Starbucks but I don't think I never waited 20 minutes for spinach,feta wrap when only 5 people before me. Someone ask me does it usually take this long for food. I never seen this particular employee doing the food. CRAZY

I ordered scones, guy hovers around me, then went back warms up scones and left it sitting rather than hand it to me. When i asked the young lady cashier tells me there are others in front of me. I asked for my refund and the guy asked me to get in line for my refund - with about 15 people standing and waiting. One, these people are SLOW, second they HARRASS the customer with all the negative passive aggressive body language and possess Zero customer service skills. Why would you warm up scones and let it sit on the counter. Rude and inefficient workers

Always enjoy stopping here after a run on Beltline! Love the atmosphere.

Very disappointing I’ve waited over 30 mins for a mobile order that I placed awhile ago. There was more than 5 workers back there and the level of efficiency was sad. I will continue going to the Starbucks in buckhead instead.

Such a peaceful escape within a concrete jungle! A really great location for inspiration as well as concentration, considering all the hustle and bustle that plagues the streets of the A, it truly feels cozy and relaxed. The barista created my very complicated drink order to the T, and was very customer oriented! Love the details into this store, great layout and a LOT of seating!

Great place! The employees here are always so friendly and courteous! I Love the fact that this Starbucks really caters to customers. The employees, and management keep the place spotless. Exceptional all around! Those who still love to relax and enjoy good coffee in a large, friendly atmosphere can come here. I always leave happy.

Starbucks == Starbucks Quality of the product and staff is as usual very good. But place needs some renovation i guess. It looks very old. But overall location and the quality is as usual.

The place was so crowded it was standing room only and they didn't care they you know were like Desiree and unorganized that's a first for a Starbucks I was completely surprised it was remarkable I still have ample parking but this one you know is like on the corner and it's only basically pretty much drive-thru I couldn't even sit in the store
