The various members who helped me ranged from Andrei in sales to managers Jamil and Dave George. All of them were intent on making me happy with my choice. They searched for any special promotions to lower the cost and I did receive a discount. Car operation was fully explained and the paperwork was presented and processed quickly and completely. I was able to see many vehicles within the GM label and finally choose one which fulfilled my needs. Andrei was patient and explained all the necessary steps to hook me into the Buick App. It was a happy experience.

BAIT & SWITCH! Be careful and attentive when dealing with Kristal Auto Mall. We spent close to 8 hours in total at this dealership. Plenty of waiting and negotiating which came down to getting tricked and suckered in to paying more than agreed for a car that we saw in the showroom and even test drove. The night before we picked up our car we gave a deposit and signed a contract for the car. It was "too late" to drive off with the car so we had to come back the next day. When we went to pay the balance of the down payment and pick up our new car, the car that pulls up was a stripped down version of the car we made a deal on. We looked at a specific car in the showroom and test drove the same model car. That is what we made a deal on; the car in the showroom and the car we test drove. Very simply; we went to the showroom, saw a car we liked and negotiated for THAT CAR. All that negotiating and time spent making a deal was worthless. The day came to pick up our car and the negotiations started all over again, from scratch! Classic Bait and Switch. Despite the fact that we had agreed and put down a deposit the night before. We were baited: We saw a car in the showroom, we test drove it, and decided to go for it. They switched the car: When we went to pick up the car, it was a stripped down version. The most basic package. Bait & Switch: Now, if we want the car we originally thought we were getting, which had features, we had to pay more. And we did. We got suckered in to their game and they got the best of us. Reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the people we dealt with were personable and friendly. Just didn't expect for them to turn out the way they did. Everything was OK up until the day came to pick up our car. Be careful and stay organized. Don't let them do to you what they did to us.

Kristal Auto Mall is number 1 in my eyes. This auto dealer has proven itself over and over. I made several purchases and one lease with them. Every visit is all that and some. The staff are exceptional, friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!!

I had a wonderful experience at Kristal Auto Mall! I leased a new Buick for a great deal. Sales and Finance staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help. Andrei, Jamil and Francis were great. Would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a GMC Terrain from Charlie Albanese at Kristal Auto Mall. He was attentive to my needs and my tight schedule and found me the ideal vehicle in a matter of minutes. Being that I was traveling the next day, he made sure to promptly have the vehicle delivered to me, rather then me having to lose valuable time at the dealership. He found me incredible financing, walked me through are the great amenities in the vehicle, and made sure I was 100% happy with the vehicle.
