NEGATIVE STARS FROM ME! By far the WORST experience I have ever encountered! About a year ago I received my first oil change went to Island Toyota Service and they left a huge scratch on the hood of my car, that should have been the last time I gave them business. However, I still went back this April to island Jeep. It was a terrible experience right off the back. We had a 10 am appointment for an oil change. We sat there waiting for over 2 hours. As we're sitting there we notice our car is parked in a bus lane, no one notified us. We go outside and we have a ticket for $115 (we weren't the only customer with a ticket) We were assured they would cover the ticket. It has been almost 2 months and NO ONE has personally reached out to us. After leaving several reviews, managers send email responses with their "deepest apologies" yet have us running in circles and transferring our phone calls all over Island Auto Group with no answer. No one calls us back, no one answers the phone. And if we're lucky to actually speak to someone they say they'll get back to us and NEVER do! Island Auto Group will NEVER receive my business ever again. I have MANY friends, family members and co-workers who are Island customers - who after hearing my experience refuse to deal with their company ever again! Thank you Island for the $115 ticket and the boot on my car I had to pay to get removed!!!! AND I DO NOT NEED ISLAND MANAGERS RESPONDING TO THIS POST ASKING ME TO CALL THEM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND NOT ANSWER, IT'S TIME FOR YOU TOO CALL ME BACK! THE COMMERCIAL IS BS - MARCELLO I THOUGHT ISLAND HAD OUR BACK???? IT'S A LIE CAR BUYING IS WORSE ON THIS SIDE OF THE BRIDGE! - CHRISTIAN CALDERON

All 4 stars go to the sales department. My fiance and I went to check out a Durango I found online and we were absolutely blown away at how great the sales department operated. We had an appointment with Mike P and he was absolutely amazing and got us into the car of our dreams. We didn't give a full 5 stars due to us having to take our truck to get an oil change as it was completely empty by the first week of having our vehicle. (this is something we should have checked before driving away) Overall, this was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership and most importantly please see Mike P as he takes care of his customers.

I initially contacted this dealership because I was interested in a 2018 Dodge Charger Hellcat that was listed on their website. However, there were no pictures so I contacted them to see if they could send over photos of the car before I traveled 45 minutes to the dealership. I had contacted them a few times and at least a few days before I planned my appointment. Any response I got was unprofessional. I was lied to at first, saying that it was the dealership policy that they don't send out pictures. How do you expect to sell a car? Then they eventually told me that the pictures weren't sent because a the "brand new" 2018 Charger was in the body shop. Why would a brand new car be in the body shop? No pictures were ever sent to me. Instead, I am constantly spammed by "Ryann Nunez" who is a representative of the dealership with nonsense and unnecessary information (even after I asked them to stop contacting me). Either way, I would steer clear of this dealer, there are much more transparent dealers in the area which are straight forward and don't spam your email with unnecessary content.

This dealership does not even deserve one star. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had servicing my car. Called to make an appointment and was told I would receive a call back to schedule.. never received a call. Walked in to try and have my car serviced and was told I could not schedule an appointment till a week later! Finally go in for our oil change arriving early mind you and was told I would have to wait a minimum of two and half hours! Over two hours later I come to see my car is parked outside for several minutes and we are not told and received a parking ticket! Service said the ticket would be paid in about a week. Received a call from the receptionist after leaving a bad review on the customer survey. She tells me we will receive a credit to come back and the ticket will be paid right away. Another week passes and nothing is paid. Three calls have been made to service since and we are told every time we will be called back and no one calls. This is outrageous at this point. We are now forced to pay a ticket we shouldn’t have ever received. I will never come back to this dealership for any service or future purchases. Not even to use the credit. I am telling every person I can to avoid doing any business here!

I am a long time customer of Staten Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, recently starting my third lease with them in a row. My salesman Jay H. was wonderful throughout the process, keeping me up to date on the status of my Cherokee, ensuring my needs were met, and that I received the car I wanted complete with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend asking for Jay H. if you need a new car. In addition, Alicia A. has been a pleasure to work with while finalizing all my paperwork. They are a great team!
