I can confirm the great reviews ; Staff is very friendly and attentive since the minute you walked in. Anne is so flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. I have a crazy schedule due to my work. Their office is impeccable! Ale

Please do not go to Dr. Bruso. He is horrible. I went to him and he had old me I needed work done that I did not need. He left me in the chair for a long time after shooting me with Novacaine. He went to do another client teeth and left me in the chair and the Novacaine wore off. He stated all I can just give you more after leaving me in the chair with my mouth open for a good 35-45 minutes. Like yeah give me another hurtful shot and walk away again. My mouth was in agony - so painful for about a month. He told me I needed filling on teeth that had a filling already. He even cracked my teeth in the back trying to get the old filing out. I’m going to make a complaint against him against his license.I went to a new dentist and he assured me that I did not need any filing removed and refilled. This dentist is a used car sales man. Go at your own risk. Check out the other reviews this dentist is unethical and only trying to dig into your pocketbook just to support his lifestyle in his rent and bills.

Not only do they do a great job on my teeth, but they have a gorgeous, clean & convenient downtown office! After moving my family to the city, they adopted my two little girls as new patients & are so kind, helpful & understanding with them as they are very young, which I’d presume is less common at their office. Reception went out of their way to pick up little post-appt treasures just for them! Dr. Bruso is hilarious & great w/ them as well, their office even texts personally about scheduling etc. which is so nice & convenient!

Dr. Bruso and his staff are amazing, they are super friendly and welcoming. My smile is everything to me and I'm so thankful I found Dr. Bruso. He was able to fix my smile right away, and I haven't stopped smiling since i left their office. 10/10

When it comes to being a patient, I am the definition of the worst. I had to have a tooth extracted, and I had a lot of anxiety over the anticipation of the appointment. That anxiety caused me to cancel the appointment many times. As we all know, when appointments are cancelled, it can mess up your whole day. Regardless of the many inconveniences I caused Dr. Bruso and the staff with my cancellations, they remained so kind and professional throughout the entire process. The day of the tooth extraction, Dr. Bruso and his assistant were so kind and understanding of my anxiety. This was a pretty extreme operation, but I didn't feel a thing! Dr. Bruso made sure to numb me correctly, and explained everything as he did the procedure. The assistant continued to ask me if I was ok throughout the procedure. I couldn't believe how easy the procedure ended up being. 5 stars! This place truly is AMAZING!!

After moving downtown, I found out about Dr. Bruso. He has been taking care of my wife's and I, dental needs, and is always giving us the best service. Him an his team are very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. I definitely would recommend this dental office for any dentistry needs.

Amazing doctor, and a great staff! They were all very flexible and extremely helpful in my time of dire need. I walked in to their office with the mother of all toothaches due to a bad infection. If there is a worse place than hell, I was in it. After a thorough exam and subsequent root canal, I walked out of there a new man! I would have hugged and kissed every last one of that great staff if it were socially acceptable. I can't thank them enough. 10 stars!!

I was referred to Dr.Bruso by a friend when I let her know I had a dentist appt. coming up. She told me to cancel it and come to Dr.Bruso instead and I am so glad she convinced me to! It is downtown KC and they have a parking garage that provides free parking. From the garage it is a little tricky to find the office, there are multiple catwalks from building to building, stairs and elevators that you have to use to get there. I had to call the office on my way to my appt. and they were able to talk me though where to go. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful and actually care. They have your best interest in mind, they are very informative and are very understanding. I will turn any friend looking for a dentist in his direction. I broke a tooth and they were able to make it look like nothing happened! His dental assistant Jessica O. was very nice and careful while working with me as well. I look forward to continuing my visits with Dr.Bruso!

This team is so kind and ready to help! I chipped my tooth and the same day I got in and was able to be booked for the next day to get it fixed. Super happy and grateful for this wonderful team!

I have never posted a negative Google review, but in this instance I want to warn people before they undergo expensive procedures that will be performed incorrectly and/or are not necessary. I would recommend seeing a different dentist, especially if you are considering Invisalign. See an orthodontist. I went to Dr. Bruso for years, but switched to a different dentist this year. I am having a completely different, and positive, experience with Invisalign since leaving Bruso's office. My trays and attachments were never fitted properly before, which caused major headaches and jaw pain. They did not cover my back teeth. and Dr. Bruso failed to have my trays prepared for bands to fit my bite. If you want to fix your bite with Invisalign, you have to do it during treatment. If I had completed Invisalign with Dr. Bruso, my bite would not be fixed. Bruso's office recommended other work as well, that my new dentist cannot see any need for. You can avoid a lot of issues by seeing a different dentist.
