Excellent staff and Dr. I had horrible experiences at an office in Lawrence, KS and was willing to drive in order to make sure my child was not going to be afraid of the dentist. When your child cries during x-rays because the staff is too rough- it’s time to find a new place. So I did. I Found Moreno Family Dentistry and fell in love. The kind hygienist explained to me and my child step by step what she was doing. Child friendly exam room with fun decals on the ceiling. She and the Dentist we gentle with my child. They even took multiple x-rays and he wasn’t scared and did not cry. And don’t even get me started on their amazing assortment of prizes for afterward. When we got into the car my child said: “I think I like those dentist people and I’m ready to go back.” This place is hands down a win all around. Thank you Moreno staff. Thank you.

Literally made me feel so comfortable they were so nice they made sure they explained everything to me and what was going on even though I already know I had to get a tooth extracted and they made sure I was completely comfortable and I was aware of everything they were so lovely definitely going back to them.

I just love the entire staff!! We have great conversation and they’re so caring, yet specific on all necessary needs to keep your  teeth and gums healthy!!! Can’t wait to get back in the chair!! Moreno Family Dentistry exudes a sense of care and compassion!!

This was my first visit and it was AWESOME! The entire staff was great; from the receptionist, the dental assistant, and the dentist Dr. Drew. I look forward to coming regularly for all my dental needs.

Why call me at 8:57a and say you have been waiting on me for 8:30a and when I say I am 5 mins away and appologize because I thougnt the appt was at 9:30a you didn't say don't come. I hung up the phone after I was placed on hold and cleared that If I could be there in 5 mins called ended 9a My husband speed there dropped me off 9:05 I was there. Totally my fault but just up front let me know it's a no go ...  not when I tear up the concrete to get there  . There were other issues before this. Just not the dentist for me. Be wanted to bring my business to my county but I'll just go back up north. No issues.

Friendly and helpful service, as soon as you walk in! Their dental hygienist and the rest of the staff was very kind and performed patiently not rushing to get to another patient. Doctor Zaldívar was the most caring dentist I have ever gone to. Explained everything that would be done and made sure I was comfortable and in no pain before the procedure. Over all great experience, and will recommend Moreno Family Dentistry!

On my appointment day upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. The assistant explain each procedure and she was very polite as well. I was treated like I was the only patient that they were concerned about at that time. I believe you couldn't get better service anywhere else. Let's support small businesses.

The staff was professional and welcoming.  They listened to my concerns and together we were able to come up with a treatment plan.  I left the office feeling confident and actually looking forward to future visits!
