Very convenient location for myself as I live within a mile . The store is mostly clean inside an the lines are not always long . The cashiers seem to be nice to people and helpful when asked. They offer rug cleaning machines you can rent they have a kiosk for your cell phone and also an ATM . They do have a cop at the door to make sure the peace is kept. They offer a service to pay your bills like electric bill, gas and water bill .I'm not sure what all services they have but many I'm sure . They have a liquor store inside and also a pharmacy . A bakery that has cakes and cupcakes and a meat department with cutting area and also lunch meat and cheese area . They have flowers like roses an such .They do not have a little clinic. I often use the Kroger's app to get digital coupons and get deals on items . They have only a few electric wheelchairs available for the handicapped. I wish stores would find a way to post there phone number on the handicapped parking area for those that are not able to go inside by themselves and retrieve a electric wheelchair themselves. So that one may call and have it brought out to them this is something I believe would help so much . This isn't the best neighborhood but most people mind they own business. They have a Redbox I believe outside this location and also a gas station .
Don’t go to this store, after recent carjackings, muggings, and rat infestation I refuse to ever shop at krap Kroger again. Btw, all of the above is verifiable using google. Kroger fix your stores or lose your customers.
Since Giant Eagle closed this is the only grocery store nearby, that said skip it. We waited nearly 15 minutes for help at the deli counter with four people working and no other customers. The young man who finally helped us simply seemed annoyed. That is about the kindest thing I can say about the entire shopping experience.
Me and my husband was over charged for groceries there meats are extremely high there was only one nice guy as the cashier today yeah i thought he was nice untill I was overcharged but when I told the bagger to hold on do not bag another bag he did I was putting stuff back and the bagger walked off as if he was the manager and a girl came up with a nasty attitude witch made me wanna put everything back cause I refuse to pay anything with employees having an attitude then started bagging smacking gum all loud almost told her to close her mouth when chewing lol eww but I don't need to get on her low level i told them I will not be at this location again nope I came here 2 weeks ago and spent money 300 on groceries and for some reason I come today I get a few groceries 300 smh nope and the manager walks around with an stank attitude and doesn't speak nope ill take my services back to krogers downtown and Walmart more items..rather spend our hard earn money else where.plus hardly no workers here need to hire more people I do not recommend this location at all
i applied for a job here, guy calls me on a friday and tells me to call him back monday. i was out of town and busy monday so i call tuesday. i couldnt get a hold of anyone at customer service and everyone i talked to was rude. the place looks horrible so clearly they need to hire people. i eventually get ahold of the guy and he tells me if i dont respond 24 hours after he calls me then the position is closed. he was acting like he didnt tell me to specifically call him 2 days later and was being an a-hole about it like he didn't call me and leave a message. a total waste of my time. unprofessional. it's stuff like this that slows down job searches and makes it hard for people. don't contact people if you dont want to give them a chance at hiring. what is wrong with people?
This store hardly ever has meats in the cooler, many employees are unfriendly, not as clean as other Kroger stores
Great neighborhood store, they always have what I need. Market prices, reasonable not cheap or expensive. There’s something for any budget. Well organized and clean, with a good layout. I usually find everything — except for the bread isle, it took me a while to find the regular bread isle. On holidays they do a great job at making sure they are well stocked.
Tell me why I have shopped here for over 10 years and I have never been busted stealing anything, they still follow me everywhere in the store like I am about to take something, letting 2 people just today from what I seen, taking what they didn't want to pay for? With the security guard standing there and 4 or more cashier's standing there also come on who pays for that? It's not OK, and who is paying for the people who are just standing there not doing their job
The cashier Ann was wonderful! She knew how to handle a family Matters situation during a panic very well. Who dressed this woman is what I'd like to know, please.
Pharmacy is pretty in and out. The store usually is stocked well. Check out is never crowded. My only problem is the people that loiter in front of the store, making it feel unsafe.
