Kroger

We love our Kroger store. The butcher is so helpful and knows our shopping styles. He adds the seasoning to our meat and seafood and let's us know if any typical seasoning we like is not available that week. The staff are so friendly and will even walk with you to take you to an item you are trying to locate. The bakery employees are also outstanding. They are so nice and friendly we look forward to seeing them each week. Mindy does an awesome job designing cakes to match your needs. All the staff in the store are so kind and if there is a problem with someone and you tell them, even through the survey's from the receipt, they do something about it. We have only had one problem with staff and it was corrected. They offer free fresh fruit for kids and a free slice of cheese or cookie for kids. They have kid friendly events frequently. The customer service keeps us coming back week after week. Sunday's around noon is crowded but it is a popular shopping time but the staff is still friendly and informative during busy times.

I love Kroger's. It is a very good place to get what you want. Decent prices for the most part.

Why do I like this place? It's Kroger and I enjoy couponing here!!! It's always clean and the people who work here always say hey and are extremely helpful. However, I still can't get any water refilled and the butcher quit cutting meat to order from the case.

They are always packed. Ive been at many different times of the day and on different days and they are always packed. Shelves are never fully stocked. Lines are always backed up. There no customer service or friendliness from the associates because they're all so stressed about how busy it is. They obviously need more people in there during the day to stock the shelves abd check people out. The produce section is the only section I ever see an associate at outside of the cashiers and they are always like 3 or 4 of them in one area.
