They workers the don’t have any idea how to speak with public , I order always ham shaved and the put however they want , why do you ask me if you are going to do whatever you want
Tiniest Kroger I have ever been so far. Looks archaic. Overall the shop as well as the neighbourhood feels a bit shady. I usually visit the other location of Kroger. Kroger has always been my favorite although this location is not. I visited once to the pharmacy. The pharmacist was nice but the service was slow.
Stopped going to Kroger on poplar ave, midtown a week ago.went to courtesy booth to break a$100. employee said I gotta buy something.i won't buy $100, I was gonna spend $30. ANYHOW CASHSAVER HERE I COME...
David Rich the deli man delivered real customer service. This was my 4th Kroger store looking for Ba-Tampte Delicatessen Style Mustard the three previous stores shrugged their shoulders at me even though L showed them the Kroger app saying it was in stock! Typical Kroger in Memphis. BUT DAVID, came out from behind the counter walked us over several aisles and showed us the exact location. BTW Kroger app had the wrong location. Davis is a true gem.
Decent store and less crowded than the Kroger on Union if you can deal with the unprofessional employees. I went in this past Saturday afternoon to cash in my change at coinstar and the lady behind the customer service counter never looked at me the entire transaction. She was too busy talking to another employee waiting in line in uniform. After she proceeds to hand me my money I kindly said Thank You and all she said was Mhmmm. Like how unprofessional can you be. But the kicker was I took the time to sanitize my hands and was putting the money in my wallet and THEN and only THEN did she look at me. And it was a look like why you still in my line. Totally unprofessional!! She needs to take some race relations courses because the only way I could take her actions and how she was acting towards me is that she doesn't like people who are white. Like Wow. Its 2021 girl. Get yourself some exposure. We aint all bad. But one employee isn't going to stop me from continuing to shop there. Just wanted everyone to be well informed of my experience.
My absolute favorite grocery store. I know where everything I need and lately it hasn't been crowded. They also have more than 2 lines open.
Has a lot going on at Krogers, but it's a place with everything from cooked meals including a Starbucks, sandwich station, sushi station, hot food station, seafood station, and a bakery station to household items, pharmaceuticals etcetera. Met a wonderful employee there named Angela that only works Sat & Sundays. Awesome personality and extremely helpful. forgot to take pics inside from being so overwhelmed at all they had inside
Bernard Kroger is great..the cash register does not work and neither does the cashiers. The cashier have no store knowledge and are completely oblivious and abrupt to customers
The parking lot of this Kroger is scary. Dramatic differences between this Kroger amd the one on Sanderlin. It would help a lot if the security guards didn't just stand in the basket area by the front doors looking down into their phones. Having them outside actually looking up and at their surroundings could possibly help with how frightening the parking lot is, but as I have never worked security maybe being inside playing on a phone is the best way to stop the guys in the parking lot running the "your car is leaking" scam on solo women. BEWARE IF YOU VISIT THE STAB AND GRAB KROGER!! PARKING LOT NOT SAFE, SECURITY ABSENT
Understaffed and they have raised prices lately. Often out of stock on stuff. It is pretty clean.
